Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk on a 6 month fixed term basis to join a multinational client based in Chorlton. Working closely alongside the Credit Controller and reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing support to the Accounts Receiveble function, including raising of Sales Invoices and Credit Notes, assisting in chasing aged debt including sending chase up letters to late payers.

Key Benefits:

£26,000 per annum

22 days per annum

Key duties:

Raise client invoices and credit notes for contracted services, consumable supplies and extra works, reconcile workbills pending for completion and chase PO’s and completion.
Posting of cash collections
Running debtors reports
Attending weekly debtors meetings with internal stakeholders

Key Skills we are looking for:

Have minimum 1 years  accounts experience, in a fast-paced service industry environment 
Ability to work to deadline and under pressure
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the use Excel to an intermediate level, and knowledge of finance systems (Access Dimensions and Templa CMS would be advantageous) 
Be an excellent communicator with the ability to respond quickly to internal and external stakeholders
Have an adaptable and flexible approach
Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
