Job Description
We have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim’s Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim’s UK & Pilgrim’s Food Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.

As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.

The Shared Services company includes a dedicated Continuous Improvement function, whose core responsibility is to drive positive business transformation across the business. Reporting to the Rewards Partner, we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for a Senior Rewards & Benefits Administrator.

The Role

The Senior Reward and Benefits Administrator will carry out an essential role and is a liaison between the HR Teams, external providers, payroll and finance teams. Their role is to ensure that all administration processes are carried out correctly and the systems updated accurately to meet the needs of the Shared Service business and the Businesses they support.

This is a varied role and will require exceptional organizational skill, eye for details and self motivated. The person must be able to maintain confidentiality and have great communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for reward related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.
Provide administration support to the annual pay review process
Run reports and support internal and external benchmarking exercises
Provide administration support to all the Company pension schemes – new enrolments, opt outs and auto-enrolments
Support the Pre-retirement plans and activities.
Be responsible for the administration of the Employee Lumpsum Retirement Scheme.
Be responsible for invoices processing on SAP.
Assist in the development of R&B policies and procedures
Support to ensure that all rewards and benefits related payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure organisational charts are all up to date.
Be responsible for sending out company reward and benefits communications to employees
Long Service Awards administration
What You'll Need

3-4 years of experience as an administrator in a HR or similar role.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
The ability to liaise with managers at all levels within a business.
Discretion and the ability to work with sensitive information/ data while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
Good attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills.
Sound MS office skills, particularly in excel, word, outlook and powerpoint
Positive attitude to work
Ability to be self-motivated and meet exacting deadlines
Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
