Finance Administrator – PART TIME Job in Stroud

Job Description
Seeking to recruit an Administrator to join a fantastic organisation, within their Finance department. You will have at least two years’ administration experience, with exposure to SAP and Excel. This is fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to join a growing organisation who have a fantastic culture!

THE ROLE:

Entering purchase invoices and receipts on the accounting system and matching with payments made.
Reconciling supplier accounts.
Raising sales invoices.
Matching customer payments with outstanding sales invoices.
Maintaining accurate customer and supplier records in the accounting system.
Helping the Sales Team to ensure sales invoices are paid on time.
Reconciling bank statements with the accounting records.
