Job Summary

Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a brilliant charitable organisation in the Manchester area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team. Working for an established not for profit organisation. Reporting into the accountant on payroll and to the HR manager for HR. There will be some travel twice a week to depot's.

As a Payroll & HR Administrator, your key duties/tasks will include:

The full end to end payroll process – Weekly 95, monthly 30
Pension uploads
RTI Submissions
Ability to perform finance functions alongside Payroll
Manipulation of data within Excel
Assisting with invoices
Disciplinaries, grievances
Contract letters
Recruitments
Training plansTo be a succesfull Payroll & HR Administrator, you'll require some end-to-end Payroll experience and the following attributes:

Excellent communicator
Interest in HR
Payroll experience, including all year end activities
Experience of working with local authority would be an advantage
