Job Description
Clark James Recruitment are working with one of the leading Mortgage Brokerages in the Southeast.

Due to expansion our client are looking to expand their team of Mortgage Advisers due to increased levels of business.

Role

* We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker to work out of a very busy office near Woking.

* The office has a proven track record of delivering quality leads.

* The successful candidate will also have access to the overflow of leads from the 5 other offices.

* Our client also has a large number of existing client mortgage reviews every month, of which the successful applicant will receive a share (typical conversion is 80% to 90% of all reviews).

* The role is full time, from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The successful applicant may be required to work additional hours if required.

* Full admin support will be provided.

Skills required

* CeMAP or equivalent (essential).

* Tenacious approach to leads.

* Excellent timekeeping/ability to meet deadlines.

* Customer focused.

* Team player.

* Good communicator.

* Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.

* IT literate – Word, Excel, Outlook.

Package

* Employed or, self-employed packages available.

* Employed – Basic to £33,000.

* Realistic OTE of £50,000 to £70,000.

* Additional incentives available for repeat business and own leads.

* 22 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays
