Job Description
My facility service client based in Bolton are looking for several candidates to join their busy accounts team as a Key Account & Supplier Statement Associate.
-Fixed term contract 12 months may lead to permanent
-Monday to Friday 08.30-17.30 (7.5 hours each day)
-Hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office
-£22,000-£26,000
Key Responsibilities
o Fully reconcile and cleanse key accounts as per the Supplier Statement Rec (SSR) Policy.
o Take ownership of assigned supplier accounts.
o Critical Supplier Relationship Management.
o Re-educate Internal/external stakeholders on Invoice compliance to drive Right First-Time invoice submission.
o Work with Procurement to re-educate the Business Users to drive adherence to best practice.
o Drive timely resolution with root cause to deliver to Prompt payment code (PPC).
o Work with team lead to deliver continuous improvement.
o Assist with internal and external audit requests.
o Participate as required as a team member in other special projects.
o To carry out any other ad-hoc duties, as and when required.
