Agency Support Advisor
Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: 20-23k
Contract: Permanent

I am currently sourcing an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to sit within an established business in Greater Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience in taking ownership of their workload and hold a strong work ethic.

Job Description:

– Handle B2B incoming calls and emails ensuring the company is servicing all of its clients.

– Take responsibility for the advice and assistance you provide clients, following protocol and escalating where necessary.

– Ensuring all records are tracked on the company database.

– Problem solving on a daily basis to ensure all client's needs are met.

– Maintaining organised during the company's busiest periods with a strong ability to prioritise tasks.

– Carrying out strong communication with clients and within your department.

Person Specification:

– Must have at least 1-year of Customer Service experience.

– Positive attitude to all clients and a determined work ethic.

– Strong customer service skills including outstanding communication, remaining professional at all times.

– Competent with general systems including Microsoft Office.

– Able to work as part of a team.

– Ability to take responsibility for own workload and determined to service client queries to the point of completion.
