Job Description
Role: Firewall Engineer
Rate: £475/day (via umbrella)
Location: Remote (Very occasional travel)
Duration: 6 months + (renewal likely)
Start date: ASAP

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Firewall Engineer to work with a leading banking client.

Responsibilities:
– Supporting the analysis and implementation / transition to new firewall technologies
– Facilitating firewall changes
– Managing project activity and engaging with varying stakeholders

Skills required:
– CheckPoint & Cisco Experience is essential
– Working with a variety of vendors
– Experience in both a hands on and hands off role

Desirable skills:

– Knowledge of Fortinet would be a nice to have (not essential)
– Financial Services experience (not essential)
