Job Description
Finance Manager (Senior Management Accountant) / £50,000 to £55,000 DOE / Leeds / Technology

Our client is in the technology sector and is a market leader in their space within the UK & Europe, and have helped some of the worlds biggest brands!

Day to Day;

Lead and help produce monthly management accountants;
Analyse key financial information to optimise financial planning;
Assist Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with financial decision-making – partnering with both financial and non-financial stakeholders;
Prepare financial reports, and develop and implement strategies to reduce businesses operational and production costs;
Looking after a team of 6 – 4 of which being direct reporting;
Responsible for team training, mentoring and reviewing work;
Assisting the SLT with a number of ongoing ad-hoc projects;
Successful Candidate;

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA – PQ/finalist/QBE will be considered dependant on experience
Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Proactive approach essential
Excellent excel & presentation skills
Team mentorship & management
Excellent communication skills
Composed under tight deadlines in a fast paced changing environment
