Job Description
Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Clerk come Administrator to join a business in the Spennymoor area.
This is initially 3 months temporary position with a view of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining the filing system for invoices
* Authorising and processing payments
* Processing expenses
* Creating company reports
* Monitoring petty cash
* Dealing with purchase ledger related queries
* Liaising with suppliers
* Resolving invoice and supplier queries
* Weekly payment runs
* General administration duties
