Job Description
Credit Controller

A market leader in the Technology sector with operations in the UK, USA and Europe has a newly created vacancy for a Credit Controller to join the award winning business. The company has global sales in excess of £75million and has grown consistently over the last 5 years.

The role:

Manage the credit application and AML / Fraud process
Work with the Credit Manager, Finance Manager and Sales team to manage credit holds
Proactively chase outstanding debt via telephone and e-mail across multiple international territories
Allocate cash and merchant transactions
Review and clear over payments
Reconcile statements with customers
Support the business with identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and financial performance.

The successful candidate will have:

Extensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
Previous experience of using credit referencing databases
A track record of improving collection performance in previous roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organised with good Microsoft Office skills

This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £25,000- £30,000 per annum.
