Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a well-established business based in Poole, Dorset, who have the requirement to recruit newly generated Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. Working closely with multiple business units across the organisation, the successful candidate with have full ownership to manage their own projects. 

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

Partner with various non finance stakeholders across the business, providing them with financial insight;
Key focus on margin reporting against budgets & KPIs as well as project cost management;
Completion of detailed analysis, understanding trends and making recommendations moving forward;
Take part in forecasting and financial modelling exercises.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

An ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential;
Previous experience working in a similar Finance Business Partner capacity is required;
A background in manufacturing and projects is advantageous.
