Job Description
The Company:

Brewster Partners are working with a Rotherham based engineering business who are looking to recruit for an Accounts Payable clerk on a temporary basis.

The Job:

Key Responsibilities include:

Matching of delivery notes to the correct purchase orders
Preparation of invoices for payment to relevant suppliers
Collating monthly payment runs
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Maintain relationships with suppliers, resolving any queries and disputes
Gaining authorization for payment of invoicesThe Candidate:

Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role of a similar nature will be needed
Previous experience with SAGE 50 is also required
Good IT skills, specifically good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong organisational skillsThe Benefits:
