Job Description
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Part time Finance and Payroll Assistant within the Finance Department of a housing charity.
About the role
Sales Ledger processing including Invoicing, cash allocation, credit control, and customer maintenance
Purchase Ledger – administering payments and processing of invoices and expenses
Input, process and check monthly payroll for external organisation, using various rota / payroll systems
General administration duties including, answering the telephone, filing, data collection, opening mail etcAbout you
Understanding of Bookkeeping principles
Payroll experience
A-levels or equivalent Accounts/Bookkeeping qualification
