Job Description
Customer service advisor – (Home emergency insurance)
Required for this global insurance company to work from home or on a hybrid basis from a South London office. Customer service experience in a call centre is a must, ideally with an insurance background. Basic salary of £23,500 + £1,500 bonus and benefits

Customer service advisor duties:
-Working from home, dealing with clients home emergency insurance questions.
-To provide an efficient, professional and proactive response to requests for assistance by delivering customer focused and cost effective solutions.
-To apply cost containment and case management principles at all times.
-Monitor all aspects of the assistance to ensure that all services are provided at the agreed time and that the customer is kept fully appraised of the progress.
-Capture all relevant information accurately on the case management system.

Customer service advisor – skills required
-Call centre customer service experience is a must, ideally within insurance
-Self-motivated and enthusiastic
-Proactive, quick thinking, flexible and adaptable to changing situations
-Empathetic and diplomatic
-Excellent listening skills and verbal communication
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Additional information
-Shifts starting from 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday, and 7am and 7pm Saturday and Sunday
-35 hour week.
-Must have a landline
-Strong Wifi is a must
