We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will:
Provide technical support for the clients using web HSBC finance systems.
Resolve all internal and external technical queries in a prompt and efficient manner
Provide local support for Browser Main Menu, acting as Local Security Managers.
Responsible for user access authority audits in various systems around the business.
Act as Business ExpertsTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
Excellent listening, analytical and problem solving skill
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer facing experience
Telephony based experience
Knowledge of invoicing/accountancy softwareThe base location for this role is Worthing.
