Job Description
We are delighted to be representing our client on an exclusive basis for the role of Bookkeeper.  The business is based in Basingstoke, Hampshire and they are an innovative and successful Financial Services company.  Due to an increased workload they require a temporary worker for at least 4 months.  You will be reporting to the Finance Director and your main duties will be:

What will the role involve?

Production of sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients;
Completion of monthly management accounts;
Financial accounting and analysis for clients and partners;
Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
Suitable Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar varied role;
You will have had exposure to IFRS or FRS accounting standards;
The ability to produce sets of accounts;
Experience is more important than a qualification although AAT qualified would be desirable;
You will have good IT skills along with excellent communication levels.
