Job Description
Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable assistant looking for a new opportunity? One of my client’s based outside of Aberdeen are looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role. Exposure to the Oil & Gas industry would also be a benefit.
The key responsibilities include:
* Ensure all customer data is inputted into the billing system accurately and month end deadlines are met
* Liaise with other departments including operations to ensure all asset movements / queries are accurate and captured correctly
* Compose and submit daily report to customers
* Ensure all invoices are accurate and match payment by customers
* Raise manual invoices
* Highlight any issues or queries which could prevent billing being carried out
* Provide support when required
* Assist with Credit Control on a monthly basis
* Any ad hoc duties when required
* Follow customer instructions / contracts ensuring all requirements are met
The key skills / experience / knowledge required:
* Previous experience of Sales invoicing
* IT literate
* Experience of a fast-paced environment
* An key for detail
* Great organisational skills
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
* HNC / HND in Accounts
