Job Description
The Company:

Brewster Partners are working with an engineering business based in Barnsley who are looking to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their current finance roster.

This vacancy is an opening within an efficient finance department, an opportunity to be part of a successful company that pride themselves on quality results and individual development.

The Job:

This role will have you covering multiple aspects of Purchase Ledger, contributing to the finance team as a whole.

Key Responsibilities include:

Processing of all electronic invoices
Handle all incoming queries and manage supplier relationships
Obtain invoice approvals from internal departments
Monthly completion of supplier statement reconciliations, resolving any anomalies
Supporting of the team leader to resolve any aged creditors and debit balances outstanding
Additional ad-hoc dutiesThe Candidate:

Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role of a similar nature will be needed
Previous experience with COINS will be advantageous
Good IT skills, specifically good knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlinesThe Benefits:
