Job Description
Team Member- Billing and Administration

Our client based in Hitchin is a globally successful company, with a family business culture employing more than 15,000 employees worldwide. In the UK, they offer many development and training opportunities, supporting over 550 employees in the field as well as within our 13 different office locations.

Generating invoices for all reactive and quoted works.
Answering customer questions and resolving customer queries in a timely manner, to ensure we can bill correctly.
Liaising with various departments e.g. Credit Control/National Accounts to gain necessary information in order to update customers.
Updating customer portals and websites with invoicing details.
As well as queries by phone you will also have to respond to customer enquiries via email.
Other duties will include taking calls from our customers and logging them onto our system to arrange an Engineer Call-Out.
YOUR SKILLS

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service.
You will be an experienced Administrator who is confident dealing with high volumes in a demanding environment.
You will have a superb telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail, and numeracy skills.
IT literate, with experience of using a CRM being an advantage.
