Job Description
Team Manager (Renewals/Sales) – £45k basic + Bonus of Circa £6k

Based in Manchester City Centre, Greater Manchester, Northwest

Working Hours 8:30am – 5:30pm – Monday to Friday, shift rota between these times (8:30 – 5pm / 9am – 5:30pm)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to join a global financial services business within their Manchester office. Previous experience of working Insurance or Financial Services is essential and all applicants must have Team Management experience gained in a sales/renewals contact centre setting.

Within the Team Manager role you will be responsible for a Team of 10 Specialist Renewals/Sales Advisors dealing with inbound and outbound renewals and new business quotes for existing and new, SME business clients.

This is a business that is all about supporting and nurturing talent so your role will be centred around coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be. You will also monitor calls to make sure quality and compliance levels are achieved and ensure your team are motivated with structured feedback and development plans.

Experience required for the role of Team Manager

To be successful in this role you must have previous Team Management experience and enjoy working in a hands on people centric role. Your key focus is to manage, develop and grow your team but you won't shy away from helping out in busy periods either.
