Job Description
Payroll Coordinator
Woking
£24,000 – 26,000

A varied position has come up to join a company based in Woking. The purpose of this position is to pay employees accurately and on time. You will also capture, process and report payroll input.

The Payroll Coordinator will:

Set up new clients and contracts
Manage budgets for Periodic and Holiday
Coordinate timesheet preparation and distribution
Calculate Annualised Pay for various clients
Maintain, update and adding employee details
Dealing with DBS checks and Right to Work checks
Be responsible for Holiday Reporting
Adhoc reporting
Export Timesheet information and uploading onto the system
Set up and train new users
Setting up new starters and uploading timesheets
Update employee changes and process monthly payroll
Report to Finance
Resolve employee queries
Support managing and clearing the payroll team email inbox

To be considered for the Payroll Coordinator you will:

Have good IT Skills especially in Microsoft Excel
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work with accuracy and be a meticulous processor
Be approachable, friendly, organised and goal oriented
Have 1-2 years' experience ideally in payroll
