Job Description
Customer Service Advisor

Our client, based in Dereham, are currently seeking two Customer Service Advisors to join their Accounts Receivable Queries Team.

This opportunity is on a full time, 3-month temporary contract. There is potential of the position going permanent for the right person.

Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00

Friday: 08:30 – 16:00

39 hours per week.

Purpose of the role:

Due to increased workload to ensure smooth installation of a new software in December, our client are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to assist the Accounts Receivable team with all incoming written and verbal queries, in an accurate and timely manner.

* Are you a fast learner with experience working in a finance environment?

* Do you have experience liaising with customers via both written correspondence and verbally on the telephone?

* Are you confident working as part of a fast-paced team?

If so, this could be the role for you!

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to:

* Reduce the high level of customer queries

* Provide Accounts Receivable support

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be highly motivated and will possess excellent planning & organisation, operational, communication and interpersonal skills.
