Job Description
Senior Management Accountant                                          Sutton hybrid working

A successful international business is now looking to hire a strong Senior Management Accountant who is looking to work in a fast paced environment supervising a small team of Management Accountants of varying levels – you will be an ACA  ACCA or CIMA Qualified Management Accountant with excellent reporting skills and enjoy working to tight monthly and quarterly deadlines.

As a Senior Management Accountant  you will be part of a dynamic and growing team that provides an outstanding quality of work and you will want to join an organisation which is able to promote from within based on hard work and success.

Role & Responsibilities

Preparation of management accounts

Monthly and Quarterly Management Reporting

Annual Budget Preparation

Building strong working relationships

Extensive review of the work of more junior members of staff including active studiers

Providing constructive feedback for the completion of team member performance appraisals.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

CIMA, ACCA or ACA (or equivalent) qualified with excellent broad management accounting experience.

Review experience and a good people manager

Good IT skills specifically the use of Xero; SAP would be advantageous

Package 

Salary band is a guideline by Fletcher George – £42,000 to £45,000
