Sales Manager
We connect with customers, lenders and car dealerships across the UK. We proudly help clients buy the car at a price which they can afford.
Salary; £30 -£35,000 dependent on experience, OTE £60k
Location; Manchester City Centre
Hours; 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
Full-time, permanent
Role Responsibilities;
* Inspire and motivate a team of sales professionals supporting ambition and building on motivation.
* Have a solid understanding of sales methodologies which you are able to draw on to coach and develop your team.
* Ability to identify training needs to improve performance.

Experience Required;
* 2+ years sales management experience gained in a competitive, credible, high activity telephone-based sales environment.
* Educated to degree level (desirable).
* Experience or appreciation of working in a regulated environment and ensuring that we treat customers fairly.
* Positive, proactive and motivated with a driven outlook.
* Driven and focused to achieve monthly sales targets and enjoy setting own daily targets.
* A great communicator, who can build rapport with both the customer and internal partners.
* Detail focussed and able to work to guidelines and processes.
* Confident communicator and strong rapport building skills.
* Comfortable working to KPI’s.
* Able to multitask and work effectively to deadlines along with time management skills.
