Job Description
Recruitment Pro are proud to be working in partnership with a rapidly expanding leading distributor in Leeds who have won numerous awards since 2018. Our client have seen significant growth recently and due to the high volume of the work in the department are seeking an experienced credit controller to be based in their Leeds office, LS14.

Your responsibilities:

* being involved in all aspects of credit control

* responsible for your own ledger

* dealing with payments from customers

* chasing outstanding debt

* setting up payment terms

* checking customers credit limits

* taking and fielding calls regarding payments

* processing payments

* updating Sage 200

* liaising regularly with the Sales office and other departments

Your skills:

* previous experience within a similar role is ESSENTIAL to qualify for this role

* being able to work from your own initiative

* meticulous for detail

* Sage 200 experience

* team player

* ability to multi task

* ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

* general accounts experience

* numerical

* strong communication skills

Hours:

8:30am until 17:00pm Monday to Friday

Salary:

£24,000-£26,000k starting salary
