Overview
A dynamic business that are going from strength to strength are looking to recruit someone that will work across both Sales Ledger function. This position is a newly created role and comes to the market on a temp-perm basis.
Sales Ledger Assistant – About The Role
This is a wonderful opportunity that has been newly created to support the finance team. Reporting into a Supervisor you will support the team across accounts receivable and credit control responsibilities. This position will offer a hybrid working pattern, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
You will be working within a medium sized finance team within a good working environment. This position has been created on a temporary-permanent basis and are exclusively working with Howett Thorpe as their recruitment business partner.
Due to the role being available on a temporary-permanent business you should be available to commence this assignment within one week, pending a successful interview process.
Your responsibilities as the Sales Ledger Assistant
* Dealing with any queries arising and liaising with the appropriate teams to resolve any disputes
* Setting up of new customer accounts, including Experian and company checks
* Raising (via automated system) all sales invoices/credit notes
* Daily maintenance of the debtor's ledger
* Allocations on the sales ledger / adjustments and writing off aged debts
* Issuing statements

* Be available immediately
