Job Description
We are currently seeking a Banking Assistant to join our busy team supporting over 200 Domino's Pizza stores across the UK.

The purpose of the role is to assist in processing stores paperwork to ensure data integrity, adhering to company policy and procedures to enable store to achieve best practice.

Working within a busy High Volume Finance Department you will be responsible to prepare work schedules and expediting workflow to ensure accuracy and efficiency of data input and that accurate accounting records are maintained.

Carry out month end reconciliation to meet department deadline.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities :-

·Reconcile control account on a monthly basis

·Weekly bank reconciliations

·Processing weekly paperwork from stores

·Assist in the maintenance of all banking department’s documentation and reports.

·Ensure deadlines are adhered to.

·Liaise with stores on queries rising.

·Ensure account customer invoices are received on time

·Support Purchase Ledger Department as required

·Demonstrate an ongoing and active commitment to review all tasks and procedures, to enable them to be undertaken more efficiently.

·Accountable for management of own performance through personnel development plan.

·Other ad hoc duties as required by the business.

Your skills and experience should include:

* The ability to work independently and in a team

* Appropriate level of computer and technology skills (Microsoft Office)

* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

* Ability to be self-starting and confident enough to complete individual project work on an ongoing basis

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

* Strong attention to detail

This role will enable you to learn and develop within the finance team.

The Company Head Office is based in Camberley and the hours of work would be Monday- Friday 9-5.30.

Hybrid working can be considered for this role.
