Extra Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant for their
client in a hybrid role between Hertford/London. Our client is looking for someone
who is a capable and experienced user of Microsoft Office suite including Excel
Experience using Sage Line 50.
To be a successful Purchase Ledger Assistant you will need:
Experience using Sage Line 50 accounts
Proficient and experienced user of Microsoft Office suite including Excel
To be able to work under pressure with the ability to maintain high level of accuracy
and high standards of quality when working to strict deadlines
To be able to work well in a team environment as well as an individual setting
Purchase Ledger Assistant:
£Negotiable Salary
Purchase Ledger Assistant duties will include:
Posting manual invoices to Sage
Dealing with supplier queries through phone calls and emails
Matching supplier POs and invoices
Supporting the wider finance team- creating reports, admin and cross cover for Sales
Ledger in holiday periods
General support to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor with the weekly payment run
