Job Description
We are currently working with a successful Insurance Brokers, who now have an exciting opportunity to join their Commercial team in the Burgess Hill office.

They are looking for a new Client Technician/Executive to join them to work within the Commercial team, you will be dealing with a broad spectrum of existing clients from a multitude of defined sectors and trades including; Motor Trade, Construction, Manufacturing, Charities and Global Businesses. Offering bespoke insurance solutions, for all classes of Commercial Insurance with premium levels up to £350,000.
The ideal candidate will be proactive with strong communication skills and have a desire to develop their professional career within a growing team and award-winning business.
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years Commercial Insurance experience with exposure and good knowledge of; Property Owners, Commercial Combined, Fleet, Financial Lines and Package business, and be Cert CII or have a strong desire to work towards this within 12 months of joining the business.
You will need to have your feet on the ground but also be able to seek and maximise opportunities with existing relationships and be able to generate new leads. You will be responsible for developing and growing your own book of business and contribute towards the team’s new business target.
You will also be confident and articulate in the written and oral skill of listening, questioning, influencing and closing. High attention to detail is also a must!
