Job Description
Astute are recruiting a Purchase Ledger and Payroll Assistant for a growing company in Hilton. This is a great role for a candidate who is adaptable and wants to work for a company who makes a difference.
Responsibilities will include:
Inputting, processing, and matching purchase ledger invoices
Raising purchase orders
Bank reconciliations
Processing sales ledger invoices
Bank reconciliations
Assisting with payment runs
Using Sage 50
Assisting the Finance team with administration tasks
As a Purchase Ledger and Payroll Assistant, you will be required to work full time in the office and will receive a salary of £23,000 – £26,000. You will be able to work 30 – 40 hours with flexibility, you are able to decide the days and hours you work and will benefit from onsite parking and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
