Job Description
Adecco Newbury are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a wonderful client in Thatcham. £11 an hour, working Monday to Friday. 4 hours, 3 days a week with an ASAP start. Duties include but are not limited to;

Posting Purchase Ledger invoices/credit notes
Matching to PO's
Manual invoices input
Reconciliation of Supplier statements
Staff expenses input
Staff cash advances input
Staff credit card input
Invoice queries (internal and external)
Filing corresponding Purchase Ledger items
General Accounts information filing/scanning
