Job Description
A leading payments company based in Bank are looking to take on a Payments Programme Manager to be responsible for a product support piece in the investigation and analysis of acceptance issues. You will be part of a diverse, collaborative team responsible for the successful delivery of the product platform in an outside IR35 6 month contract.  

Programme Manager Responsibilities:

Within this role, you will be a visionary leader, accountable for setting the vision and direction to deliver a single view of technical change across the current systems. You will be involved in a number of workstreams alongside the responsibility to define strategy and improve the data systems process. Owning the project end-to-end you will be responsible for leading, coordinating and organising remote teams in a collaborative environment.

Programme Manager Requirements:

As the Programme Manager you will be required to focus on creating strong relationships between the stakeholders, team members and key vendors whilst managing and controlling risks and changes to scope as they arise. In order to be successful in the role, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Proven track record of delivering products in the payment space
Ability to engage the Senior Leadership Team on change initiatives
Technical Programme Delivery experience
Background of empowering project team members to deliver
Hands on experience with delivering payments products with cross border payments being ideal
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in delivering payments products at Programme Management level to enact change within an exciting and growing insurance company, with full accountability for the current workstreams and team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.
