Job Description
Our client based in the local area are looking for an individual to join their team, where you will provide a friendly and compassionate service, assisting with any queries relating to accounts and payments.

Ensuring you are using your listening skills, you will build a rapport with customers providing advice and guidance whilst also follow specific processes.

We are ideally targeting individuals who have gained previous collections or call centre experience and / or experience working with vulnerable customers.

The Duties:

* Responding to incoming calls and emails, assisting with queries and providing advice and guidance

* Liaising with external third parties

* Setting up new plans for customers, ensuring affordability for the individual

* Updating in-house systems

The Individual:

* Friendly and professional with great listening skills and an understanding outlook

* Able to work following specific processes

* Excellent communicator building rapport with both internal and external contacts

* Able to think outside the box
