Job Description

We are looking for a number of Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a financial services business based in the City Centre of Leeds. The role is office based , offers an hourly rate of £10.76 and a genuine career pathway for the ambitious ones!

Due to nature of this role you will speak with Share Holders at all levels, hence why professional approach is necessary at all times.

You will be responsible for handling inbound calls – approx. 30-40 a day, escalating queries, complaints, risks and issues and also providing exceptional service to customers to enhance the journey of your customer.

Hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

***Please note that you will need to pass Criminal Record Check and Credit Check for this role***

Search will look after your payroll for you and make sure you get paid on a weekly basis to boost your income quickly!

Daily basis tasks?

Taking incoming calls from existing customers
Resolving customer queries
Directing calls to relevant department
Updating customer's records using an in house system
Taking ownership of customer accounts
Supporting management when requiredWhat am I looking for?
