Job description for Service Charge Accountant

* Manage own workload, planning and prioritising effectively.

* Complete service charge and cash reconciliations.

* Review queries from surveyors and client accountants.

* In-depth examination of year end accounts (pre-payments and accruals).

* Effectively communicate with the service charge team and managers.

Job skills required for Service Charge Accountant

* High level of attention and adaptability.

* 6-12 months experience in service charge accountancy or similar.

* Competent knowledge of Microsoft packages.

* Great Communication and Customer Service skills.

Part Qualified AAT or ACCA desired but not essential.
