Job Description
Ashley Kate HR & Finance are supporting their Global Client on a major Systems Project Implementation piece and so are looking for a number of Interim specialists to work with the Programme manager in terms of rolling out the project.
 
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Intelligence Manager with extensive knowledge and proven experience of HR reporting and practices. In this role, you will need to be an experienced individual who has a proven background in delivering information that drives business decisions. This role requires confidence, calmness, credibility, as well as a good understanding of commercial drivers. 
 
As the client moves onto the new HRIS, this role will work closely with the Head of Operations and Reward to ensure the Business Intelligence strategy is understood and is supported across the entire Firm.
 
Key duties –
 
·Managing the HR function's BI strategy
·Implement a change management process for reporting
·Serve as the function's subject matter expert on all aspects of Business Intelligence and data analysis
·Assist the HR function in achieving data maturity
·Identify any gaps in reporting/BI and actively turn them into opportunities for change within the function
·An awareness of GDPR and data governance at a high level
·An in-depth understanding of HR technologies
·Demonstrated proficiency in reporting technologies
·Management and driving positive change through a systemic approach
·Exceptional stakeholder management skills
·A demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels of the firm
·A strong facilitation skill set
·Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
·Excellent analytical skills
·Excellent written, and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate and communicate at all levels
·Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
