Strategy Pricing Manager, Secured – Edinburgh/Hybrid – J12362

A newly created role within the Mortgages Pricing, Trading & Analytics team is responsible for the management and pricing strategy of one of the UK's largest Mortgage providers, pricing over £60bn of mortgages each year across multiple brands.

As Pricing Strategy Manager, Secured you'll recommend dynamic pricing and commercial actions that will help support the delivery of the company's mortgage strategy. Involving understanding all the drivers and sensitivities of trading performance; analysing competitors and making recommendations to address performance across multiple Mortgage pricing levers. A key part of the role will be taking meaningful and complex financial analysis and clearly articulating possible options on performance etc.

In this role you'll
• Formulate and support delivery of Mortgage pricing strategy across acquisition and retention
• Deliver segmented approach to pricing strategy ensuring financial metrics delivered in risk appetite
• Analyse and report on key performance drivers and developments across the UK Mortgage market
• Articulate financial outcomes from new products, propositions and campaigns

• Strategic problem solver, able to critically evaluate existing strategies, identify improvements, and create new approaches
• A numbers individual, with eye for detail and good numerate degree.
• Excellent communication skills and able to influence key partners to new critical thinking.
• Experience of working in a financial services pricing and/or valuation team.
