Job Description
Do you have experience of Payroll and Sales Ledger? Are you looking for a new role?

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Payroll/Sales Ledger Clerk working for a client based in Chester-Le-Street.

Payroll/Sales Ledger Clerk Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Process payroll for temporary staff
Complete subsequent sales invoices for relevant clients
Responsible for ensuring that the payments do not go over the payment terms
Any other adhoc duties as required

Payroll/Sales Ledger Clerk Applicants:

Experience in Payroll/Sales Ledger function
Confidence and the ability to work as part of a team but also independently
The ability to prioritise adapt and use own initiative in a busy working environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good telephone mannerWorking Monday to Thursday 9am until 5pm and Friday 9am until 4.30pm, with a paid one-hour lunch break.
