Brook Street is working with a growing and successful company. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Mortgage Team Manager. This is a permanent opportunity, with a great opportunity to progress and develop.
Duties
To develop and coach a team of mortgage advisors to achieve targets and quality standards.
To support recruitment and development of mortgage advisors.
To work closely with head of sales to ensure best practice.
To conduct weekly one-to-ones with team members.
To ensure team's pipelines are monitored effectively.Benefits
