Job Description
A unique opportunity has been created for a Managing Director to join this reputable company who are experiencing change. This will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the business as well as project manage an exciting 5-year plan.

Managing Director Duties

As the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include:

Build on the positive progress made by the business
Manage and optimise the experienced specialist team to deliver increasing sales
Act as Project Manager for the build and transfer of the operational business move
Oversee the financial control, including business sales, margins and profitability
Oversee and improve the concessions and income stream
Direct the marketing team to keep on brand at the highest quality
Managing Director Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a demonstrable background at Managing Director / Operations Director level and have experience with board level reporting. Additionally, you’ll have a strong financial acumen with excellent commercial awareness and financial management exposure. Ideally, you will have direct experience within retail, property, or horticulture. A passion for driving business success, you will be results driven, trustworthy and have strong leadership, decision making and communication skills.  An entrepreneurial focus, you will be forward-thinking, confident with presenting ideas to the board, and be able to provide strategic professional advice where necessary.
