Manager to Partner

Watson Associates have been an established registered accountancy practice for over 60 years in Hailsham and provides a broad range of business accountancy and audit services to over 3,000 clients.

The firm has grown over recent years and its ambitious expansion plans have been largely achieved with the Practice now having 10 highly respected Directors and over 60 staff operating in defined areas of expertise.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and enthusiastic person to join the Company’s fast-growing team taking on the role as Manager to one of our directors.

Whilst the position would be predominantly office based, we are offering a work from home element should that be required. The role is multi-faceted, ranging from accounts preparation, Company secretarial through to personal and corporate taxation.

The successful candidate needs to have a good working knowledge of accounting/tax software.
Ideally IRIS, Xero, SAGE and excel.
