The search is on for an inspiring and driven Loans Manager to join our awesome client based in Moulton Park, as they continue their mission to provide outstanding service and affordable lending to their credit union members.

As the lending expert, you’ll be taking the lead on loan product development, as well as ensuring the Loans Team have the tools and support they need to approve members loans effectively, and hit lending targets.
You’ll be a proven lending professional, with experience of leading and developing a team, delivering to targets and will be fully up to speed with FCA regulations, PRA, FSCS, FOS and risk management. You’ll also be a highly effective communicator, a natural leader, with a strong customer focus.
