Job Description
Cedar are supporting an international technology organisation based in London for a 6 month interim Financial Accountant position. This role will be to support the team with the Financial year end reporting. The role is paying between £400 – £450 a day and falls inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of group financial statements and statutory disclosures accounts under IFRS, with conversion from US GAAP
Preform account reconciliations including accrued liability, technology, legal and tax
Record accounting transactions
Prepare statutory financial statements for UK and US entities to ensure compliance with all accounting standards
Assist with annual statutory audit queries
Prepare and/or review balance sheet reconciliation
Support for the production of the subsidiaries statutory accounts

Key candidate requirements:

US GAAP is preferable
SOX's experience
IFRS experience
Advanced Excel
International/global business experience would be advantageous
Strong systems experience
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable in a fast paced working environment
Comfortable prioritising and hitting tight deadlines
Self-starter attitude, driven to add value and Pragmatic
