Insurance Executive
Twickenham
Monday – Friday
Basic Salary up to £26,000 and OTE £30,000+
An established Insurance broker based in Twickenham are looking for an experienced Insurance Executive to join their team!
As an Insurance Executive, you will join the team in the Home Insurance department and will provide an excellent standard of service when selling home insurance to prospective and existing customers.
Insurance Executive duties:
Taking inbound calls from prospective and existing customers to provide quotations and arrange cover.
Making outbound calls to customers who have expressed an interest and provide quotations and arrange cover.
Providing exceptional customer service to existing clients ensuring all policy enquiries are dealt with in a professional and time efficient manner.
You must be able to close sales to generate and maximise revenue while providing a high quality, positive sales experience to prospective customers.
You will be required to meet and exceed realistic sales goals.Insurance Executive specification:
Previous experience selling and administering insurance policies.
Telephone sales experience of outbound and inbound sales – Essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good IT skills with experience with Word and Excel.
Professional, friendly, and upbeat personality – a real team spirit attitude.
Experience of working towards and achieving targets.Company benefits:
