Job Description
Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for an Insurance Consultant to join one of the UK's largest Insurance groups, based in St Albans.

This role would ideally suit professional, ambitious, career minded individuals. 

The successful candidates will:

Demonstrate strong communication skills, an enthusiastic sales ability and work in a fast-paced environment
Deal confidently with clients face to face and over the telephone
Be self-motivated and be highly driven individuals
Ideally, the candidate will have a good standard of general education with a background in either insurance or sales, banking or finance. This is not essential, however, as full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications (Certificate in Insurance, CII, obtained ideally within 12 months)
If the candidate takes the initiative, their policy of internal development will ensure that there is plenty of scope to progress.
The company have ambitious growth plans, so prospects for career progression are very good and the contribution individuals make will be fully acknowledged and rewarded.

Hours:  – Permanent, full-time Mon-Fri 830-5pm, Sat 830-12pm (a one in one off rota)

Starting salary negotiable between £20,000-£25,000
