Job Description
Job Summary:

Portfolio Payroll are currently working with an international business in the Liverpool area who are recruiting for an Global Payroll Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for a review on Payroll Software, policy and procedure and international process improvement.

Key Duties/Tasks:

Review and asses international third party vendor relationship
Trouble shooting for current issues & areas of development
System review
Providing reports and advice
Making recommendations and options for new service delivery
Working with global payroll team and wider management to forge solutions
Create a payroll project plan
Delivery and implementation of recommendations
Projection plan
Producing reports for senior management

Desirable skills and attributes:

Payroll experience as an international or Global Payroll Manager or Payroll project manager
Full and comprehensive understanding of payroll function for international countries
Experience of migrating international payroll
Experience of collaborating with different departments and stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
Experience of Automation, continuous improvement, system migration
