Job Description
I am working with a business that following on from an acquisition are looking to recruit a Financial Controller to join their team.
You will be responsible for all the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the parent company. You will be pivotal in working with the FD and the CFO to support on all matters relating to accounting and reporting. You will have a strong understanding of GAAP, financial legislation and be able to prepare the statutory annual financial statements and annual corporate tax returns.
This is an excellent time to join this business as following the acquisition there is a lot of opportunity within this organisation. This is an office based role and will require the successful candidate to be based in the office 5 days a week, however there is some flexibility around busy times to work from home
