Job Description
Partnering exclusively with a well-established and ever-growing insurance brokerage, Boxtree is recruiting an individual who is willing and keen to learn. If you have experience in delivering excellent customer service with motivation and drive, we would love to speak with you.
You will be joining a supportive team, who will act as a technical referral point to encourage your learning and development.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
* Handle queries via email, telephone and in person
* General office support where needed
Required:
* Outstanding communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
* Office experience is essential, insurance experience is desirable
* Keen desire to learn and progress
* High attention to detail, with good time management
