Leamington Spa
£45,000 – £65,000 p.a. DOE

The Company:
ER Recruitment is working with a bespoke company comprising of industry experts who partner with clients to manage the health of their finances. This small team is made up of knowledgeable, ambitious individuals who work with an array of different clients holding an approximate value of £325m in client assets.
Role & Responsibilities of the Independent Financial Advisor:
* Reviewing the client’s financial position: discussing their interim and long-term goals to devise a suitable plan of action
* Assisting the client in their wealth journey by implementing this plan and continuously reviewing it to ensure the best approach is being taken
* Proposing financial strategies in line with the client’s wishes and requirements
* Working with existing clients and nourishing these business relationships, as well as sourcing potential new partnerships
About You as the Independent Financial Advisor:
* Level 4 qualified in Financial Planning or Diploma equivalent
* Hold a CAS (Competent Adviser Status) or SPS (Statement of Professional Standing)
* Someone who is client-centric and takes initiative when making decisions
* An independent customer relationship manager who is confident leading face-to-face meetings
* An autonomous worker who manages their own accounts and workload, and positively contributes to a collaborative environment
* Has a flexible, adaptable approach to working
